|The Cumann na mBunscol u/11 boys football league kicked off on 11st September with a win against Scoil Mochua. A defeat against Rathcoffey NS and a win against Clogherinkoe NS put us in the semi-final against Scoil Bhride, Naas who were tough opposition and winners on the day. The whole team showed great skill, talent and determination during the league with many dual players also playing in the u/11 Hurling league which began on 28th September. The boys beat Straffan NS, were defeated by Scoil Mochua and got a walk-over from
St. Joseph’s NS. Another semi-final was on the cards, this time against Gael Scoil Naas. The boys battled hard to get scores on the board but the Gael Scoil were the winners on the day.
To get to 2 semi-finals is a fantastic achievement and we are very proud of these lads. Many thanks to Mr. Sweeney & Mr. Ryan, to the Cappagh Club coaches and to the Parents/Guardians for driving the boys to the games.

| The Cumann na mBunscol girls u/11
Football league was played in a Blitz format. On
Thursday 27th September the girls headed off

The second match didn’t go our way on the day but the girls put up a strong defence. They enjoyed the bus trip over and back and represented the school with great pride.
Similarly, the girls u/11 camogie league was
also played in a Blitz format last Friday 19th Octo
